ZEN APPROACH

Focus on work,
not planning work.

Traditional task managers create lists. We eliminate the mental overhead of deciding when to do each task.

PRINCIPLE

Add tasks. Set priorities. Your calendar fills automatically with optimal scheduling that respects deadlines, work hours, and existing commitments.

01

Priority-Based Intelligence

Schedule tasks by importance and deadline. You control the weighting between priority and urgency. The algorithm finds optimal time slots automatically.

USER-CONFIGURABLE
02

Google Calendar Sync

Respects existing events, meetings, and personal time blocks.

CONFLICT-FREE
03

Smart Time Blocking

Long tasks break into manageable chunks. Working hours are respected. Personal and work tasks get appropriate calendar placement.

CONTEXT-AWARE
04

Sub-Second Performance

Schedule 30+ tasks instantly. No waiting, no loading screens. Clean architecture optimized for speed and reliability.

INSTANT RESPONSE
05

Recurring Tasks That Move

The repeat rule sets which days. The scheduler picks the hour on each one, so a weekly review lands wherever you are actually free that week instead of colliding with whatever was already booked.

06

Lock What You Decide

Pin a task to a time you chose and the scheduler routes everything else around it. Push something to tomorrow in one click. Automatic does not mean out of your hands.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL

How it
[ WORKS ]

1

Add Tasks

Every task gets a length, a priority and a deadline, plus a work or personal label. Set your working hours once in settings — that is the window everything gets booked into.

Auto-Schedule

It reads your Google Calendar, scores every task on priority and how close the deadline is, then drops each one into the first slot that fits. Long tasks get split across several sittings if you allow it.

3

Focus & Execute

Everything now has a time attached to it. When your week changes, run it again and it re-plans around whatever moved.

What it
[ DOES NOT DO ]

Better you read this now than find out on day three. These are the real gaps.

No mobile app

Desktop only. On a phone you get a note asking you to open it on a laptop.

Sync runs one way

We own the two calendars we create and rewrite them on every run. Move one of those events inside Google Calendar and the change is gone next time. Lock it here instead.

Google Calendar only

No Outlook, no iCloud.

Built for one person

No teams, no shared workspaces, no assigning work to anyone else.

No time windows on repeats

A recurring task lands wherever you are free that day. You cannot yet say "weekdays, but only between six and nine".

Rescheduling is manual

Miss something and it stays where it was until you run the scheduler again. One click, but you have to make it.

Common
[ QUESTIONS ]

You set your working hours, add tasks with a duration and a priority, and run the scheduler. It reads your Google Calendar for the events you already have, scores each task by priority and how soon it is due, and places every task in the first free slot that fits, usually in under a second.

We read your existing events so the scheduler never books a task over something you already have planned, and we write your scheduled tasks into two calendars we create on your account, named Work Tasks and Personal Tasks. Sync runs one way, from Auto-Scheduler into Google, so an event you drag in Google Calendar is overwritten the next time you reschedule unless you lock it first.

Your tasks and settings live in a Firestore collection nested under your own account, so the security rules make it impossible for one account to read another one. We store task information and preferences and nothing else, and we neither sell your data nor share it with anyone outside the processors listed in the privacy policy.

A task manager stores your list and leaves you the hardest question, which is when each thing actually happens. Auto-Scheduler answers that question by placing every task against your real availability, your priorities and your deadlines, and it does so at a fraction of what the better-known schedulers charge for the same idea.

Three euros a month, or twenty euros a year if you pay annually. The 31-day trial needs no card, you can cancel at any time, and you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying.
